Now at Netflix: Hollywood’s biggest stars on rogue tour

For his funky Heist movie “Ocean’s Eleven” and the two sequels, Steven Soderbergh brought together the biggest movie launches in the world in front of the camera. As of now, all three parts are available at fmovies.

In the summer of 2018, “Ocean’s 8” came to the cinemas, where, among others, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Rihanna plan and pull through a spectacular robbery. But last year, the women of Hollywood were on the train, moved in the 2000s, especially the male stars through the biggest cinema raids. For director Steven Soderbergh (“Traffic – The power of the cartel”) were, among others, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Al Pacino, Don Cheadle, Andy Garcia, Casey Affleck before the camera.

It started in 2001 with ” Ocean’s Eleven “, a remake of “Frankie and his cronies” from 1960. 2004 then followed ” Ocean’s Twelve “, the trilogy was completed in 2007 with ” Ocean’s Thirteen “. The latter have been around at Netflix for quite some time, but now the streaming service has refilled its portfolio and also provided the first two parts.


“OCEAN’S ELEVEN”


In the first part of the Rogue Trilogy, the eponymous, freshly released Danny Ocean ( George Clooney ) brings together a highly skilled team to land the next Supercoup. In the gambler’s paradise Las Vegas he wants to rob three casinos. Estimated value of prey: $ 160 million. Risk: extremely high.

“OCEAN’S TWELVE”

In part two, Terry Benedict ( Andy Garcia ), repatriated to Ocean’s Eleven, wants to get his money back, along with interest. Two weeks he gives Danny Ocean time for this. But when his team reassembles, he realizes that most of the spoils have already been squandered. There is only one way out of this dilemma: the many millions of dollars must be stolen from somewhere else…

“OCEAN’S THIRTEEN”

And in the closing third part, Danny Ocean, a casino mate by Willie Bank ( Al Pacino ), shamelessly rips off a fiddle, so the fancier super-thief rallies his gang again and devises a perfidious revenge plan. Bank is to be ruined by an attack on its new mega casino on the opening day. This time as an accomplice on board: archenemy Terry Benedict…
